• Any form of payment or part payment for the charter of KLM Nomad constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated on this site.

• Bookings must be made via Equator Surf Travel consultants, who will be with you immediately answering any of your questions.

• A Deposit of 25% per person (total invoiced amount) transferred into the Equator Surf Travel bank account is required to secure resort/boat dates – this is a first in best dressed basis.

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be used towards a future trip or exchanged with a friend to take your place on that particular charter.

• Final payment is due at the latest 90 days prior to departure date and is non-refundable.

• Whilst all care and safety measures are taken by our staff, once boarding the vessel, all passengers agree that in no way the owners, operators, agents and employees of KLM Nomad be liable for any consequential damages.

• It is mandatory to have full travel and accident insurance organized with your ticketing agent in case of any emergency/evacuation requirements. The owners, operators, agents and employees of KLM Nomad assume no liability to take out insurance for their passengers.

• The KLM Nomad does not assume liability for personal injury of any kind, property damage or theft (traveling to/from the boat and whilst on board), delays due to weather, mechanical trouble, strikes, airline arrival and departure times, civil disturbances, act of God or any other event which we are unable to control.

• We do not accept any responsibility for the non-arrival or the late arrival of surfboards, surfboard bags and luggage.

• The captain reserves the right to remove any passengers from the KLM Nomad that endangers the well-being and safety of the vessel, passengers and/or crew at any time, in accordance with maritime law.
